Once your initial appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email invitation to your client portal, which allows you to complete the intake paperwork online, making the most of your session time. During your first session, typically 90 minutes, you and your therapist will discuss your goals and the avenues you may pursue to achieve them. Your therapist will get a feel for what has and hasn't worked for you in the past to help you create a successful path forward.
