What to Expect...
Anxiety and depression are normal stress responses that either push the gas pedal (anxiety) or the brake pedal (depression) on our performance when we experience challenges. While the intention of these strategies is to be beneficial, they often cause their own unintended suffering. We work with our clients to seek out the root causes of depression and anxiety, build better coping strategies, and alleviate these unpleasant states of mind.
