What to expect...

Attending therapy for self-regulation focuses on developing skills to manage emotions, impulses, and behaviors more effectively. We provide a safe space to understand the origins of these tendencies, explore triggers, learn alternative coping strategies, and practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Therapy helps individuals build resilience, reduce emotional reactivity, and improve the ability to handle stress in challenging situations.
