Ann Conducy's Full Story
Adults & Teens Ages 16+ & Couples- Saturday Appointments Only, In-Person and Virtual
Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings including both outpatient and residential treatment. I have also worked with young homeless adults in a shelter, supporting them in becoming independent and successful during a particularly difficult time.
My experience has led me to support those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, substance use, and much more. I am passionate about women’s mental health, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and providing education around mental health barriers and their impact on daily life. I’m available to work with individuals16 years of age through adults. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and I am
licensed in both Alaska and Washington.
As a therapist I see my role as providing support and suggestions in an open and non-judgmental space. I enjoy connecting with people, building a strong therapeutic alignment, and watching clients grow in their confidence and ability to successfully navigate each day. I offer a client centered approach, after all, you are the expert of you!
I’m interested in exploring whatever areas of your life you’d like to share while in session. I extract guidance from many therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and more.
I am a born and raised Alaskan. I completed my undergraduate degree in Human Services at Alaska Pacific University and my graduate degree at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner, our dogs, taking long walks, and playing hockey.
I offer a 15-minute phone consultation for those who may be interested in working together. It’s a great opportunity to ensure we’re compatible and to answer any questions you may have. I’m also reachable by email. I look forward to hearing from you. Talk soon!
